Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using chatimages, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Google through our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your sign-in method. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

3. Credits and payments

• Paid credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• Credits are valid for 30 days. A new purchase made before expiry adds credits and extends the account expiry date by 30 days.
• Expired or unused credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Actual credit usage may vary by task and is calculated from image processing usage returned by our provider.
• Payments are processed by Creem. Taxes and payment terms shown at checkout may apply.

Except where required by law or described in our Refund Policy, purchases are final.

4. User content and AI output

You retain your rights in images and prompts you submit. You grant chatimages a limited right to process, transmit, and temporarily store that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content. AI-generated or edited output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing output before commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use chatimages to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; upload malware; bypass usage limits; interfere with the service; scrape accounts or data; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or credentials.

6. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Processing times and results depend on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Failed tasks are not charged when our system records the task as failed.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security risks, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will meet your requirements. To the extent permitted by law, chatimages is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
