1. Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Images, masks, prompts, settings, and generated results submitted when using image tools.
• Payment and order references from Creem. We do not directly store complete card details.
• Usage records, credit balances, task status, errors, timestamps, and technical logs.
• Basic device, browser, IP address, and security information generated when accessing the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process images, deliver and store results, administer payments and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Image processing

Uploaded images and prompts may be transmitted to image hosting, proxy, storage, and AI processing providers so that we can perform the requested task. Generated files and task records may be retained to provide downloads, history, billing verification, and support. Do not upload confidential content unless you are comfortable with this processing.

4. Service providers

We use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Vercel for hosting, Creem for payment processing, and external image proxy and AI processing providers. Their processing is also governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

5. Retention

We retain account, payment, credit, and task records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Image files may be deleted or become unavailable as storage and operational policies change. You should keep your own copies of important outputs.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to do so, to protect users and the service, in connection with a business transfer, or when required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and server-side credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some transaction, security, and legal records may need to be retained. Signing out does not delete your account or stored records.

9. International processing and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. chatimages is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.

10. Updates

We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
