Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 18, 2026. This policy explains what content and conduct are allowed when using chatimages.
1. Scope
This policy applies to every prompt, image, mask, reference file, generated result, and other content submitted to or created with chatimages. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Allowed use
You may use chatimages for lawful product photography, ecommerce assets, advertising concepts, background removal, image editing, and other professional or creative work that does not violate this policy or the rights of others.
3. Sexual and adult content
You may not use chatimages to create, edit, upload, or distribute:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or other not-safe-for-work content.
- Nudity, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or sexually suggestive content intended for arousal.
- Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of a real person.
4. Harmful and illegal content
You may not use chatimages for:
- Graphic violence, gore, glorification of violent acts, or instructions that facilitate physical harm.
- Content that promotes or instructs self-harm, suicide, terrorism, violent extremism, or dangerous activity.
- Hate, harassment, threats, abuse, or dehumanizing content targeting a person or protected group.
- Illegal goods, illegal services, criminal activity, exploitation, or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, or attempts to compromise systems or users.
5. Deception, privacy, and rights
You may not use chatimages to impersonate others, create deceptive endorsements, facilitate fraud, or present manipulated media as authentic in a way likely to cause harm. Do not upload personal, confidential, copyrighted, or trademarked material unless you have the rights and permission required to use it.
6. Platform abuse
You may not bypass safeguards, moderation, authentication, credit limits, or technical restrictions; automate abusive traffic; scrape private data; interfere with the service; resell unauthorized access; or use multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
7. Moderation and enforcement
User-supplied prompts are screened before image generation or editing. We may block content, reject a request, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with law, or satisfy our payment and infrastructure providers' requirements.
Automated moderation may make mistakes. A blocked request should be revised rather than repeatedly resubmitted or disguised to bypass review.
8. Reporting concerns
Report suspected violations with the relevant account email, task ID, and a concise explanation. Do not include passwords, API keys, full card details, or other secrets.
Report a violation
We review safety and acceptable-use reports by email.
